Mr. Sullivan is the founder and Managing Member of the Traffic Law Center of Sullivan & Associates, LLC. He is a lifelong member of the St. Louis community. 

He is a graduate of the Missouri University School of Law (J.D. 1982), Southeast Missouri State University (1978), Major: B.A. Political Science, Minor emphasis Management and Marketing), and attendee at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Business MBA program.

Mr. Sullivan supervised the development of a paperless case management system that allows for secure document retrieval, storage, instant access, and review by any authorized TLC staff person. Utilizing this system, our clients can stop by any office anywhere and review each and every document in their client file. If a client calls and says, "Please email a copy of the letter you sent to me last month", we're able to do it within a few seconds.
