Mr. Benner has been a practicing attorney for over twenty years. He has handled a wide range of legal matters throughout his diverse career. He has served as in-house legal counsel for a variety of companies, and he has owned and operated his own law practice as well as a number of other ventures in the real estate and hospitality industries.

Representing the interests of defendants charged with crimes (e.g., DWIs, possession of controlled substances, traffic offenses, etc.) has always been an integral part of Mr. Benner’s legal practice. He takes pride in helping his clients navigate through some of the most challenging and intimidating times of their lives.

In addition to earning a law degree, Mr. Benner holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in finance. These educational experiences combined with decades of practical legal and business representation allow Mr. Benner to fully appreciate all matters that a criminal defense client may be facing.
